Meadowvale Village is roughly bounded by Mississauga Road and Creditview Road in the west, Fletcher’s Creek in the east, Highway 407 in the north, and Highway 401 in the south. Although it is considered one of Mississauga’s historic villages, the vast majority of homes in Meadowvale Village are 15 years old or younger. Homes are primarily detached and semi-detached styles, ranging from $395,000 to $600,000 for semi-detached homes and $550,000 to $3.0 million for detached homes. About the Community

Meadowvale Village is conveniently located between two major highways, the 401 and 407. Mississauga Transit serves the area and provides public bus service both locally and throughout Mississauga. Go Transit provides commuter service via Meadowvale Go Station along the Milton train line.

Although Meadowvale Village itself does not offer much in the way of shopping and business, Meadowvale Town Centre is only a short drive away. The neighbourhood is also located to two of Mississauga’s large business parks, Meadowvale Business Park and the Gateway Business area. Nearby Meadowvale Community Centre provides residents in Meadowvale Village access to a public library, fitness, and recreational activities. Home to both the Meadowvale Conservation Area and the Credit River, Meadowvale Village offers a number of parks and walking trails to residents.

Meadowvale Village is served by a number of public schools. Levi Creek Public School, Meadowvale Village Public School, Derry West Village Public School, and David Leeder Middle School provide elementary education to the area. Mississauga Secondary School is Meadowvale Village’s high school.
