About the Community

Erin Mills is conveniently located with easy access to major highways, such as the 401, 407, 410, and QEW. Mississauga Transit provides public bus service throughout Mississauga, with access to Oakville via Oakville Transit. Go Transit also provides commuter service to this area along the Milton train line at the Erindale, Streetsville, and Meadowvale Go Stations, and along the Lakeshore West line at Clarkson Go Station, providing regular service to Toronto as well as westward toward Oakville, Burlington, and Hamilton.

The Credit Valley Hospital, the largest hospital in Mississauga, is located in Erin Mills Central. Erin Mills Town Centre and South Common Mall in Erin Mills South provide easy access to various shops and services. The Backyard Farm and Market located near Erin Mills Town Centre provides fresh produce on weekends. A number of community centres also serve the area, including Erin Meadows Community Centre and South Common Community Centre, both of which offer libraries, fitness centres, and various recreational activities.
